Sponsor Information

*Only Vegan (plant-based) food and products are allowed at St. Louis VegFest*

 

All products, regardless of being displayed or provided as samples, sold, or distributed, are to be Vegan:

·         No Animal Flesh (including poultry, fish, seafood, broth made from animal flesh/fat)

·         No Dairy (milk, cheese, butter, whey, casein)

·         No Eggs

·         No Animal fats or derivatives (lanolin, gelatin, lard, honey, beeswax, other insect derivatives)

 

All nutritional supplements, cleaning supplies, and cosmetics should not have animal products/by-products in them. (Prohibited products could contain: leather, fur, silk, lanolin, gelatin [which includes capsules], or other animal derivatives.)  All non-food items should not be tested on animals. Vendor agrees that no books or literature will promote the use of any animal foods or products or any form of animal exploitation. Any promotional menus, leaflets, or ads distributed at your space should not encourage animal product use.

 

If you fail to follow these guidelines,  St. Louis VegFest will not accept your registration for future events.

Sponsorships  To have your logo added to event t-shirts, website, flyers, or any other promotional material, be sure to register as a sponsor by September 1! (After this date, there is no guarantee that sponsors will receive benefits.)

Seed Level: 1/4 page program ad; Logo on website, event t-shirt & flyers. Vendor space not included, but can be purchased separately.

• $750

Sprout level:  1/2 page program ad; Logo on website, event t-shirt, flyers and other promotional materials and advertising. Complimentary 10x10 vending space with tent, table, and chairs.

• $2,000

Bloom level:  Full page program ad; Logo on website, event t-shirt, flyers, and other promotional materials and advertising; Complimentary 10x20 vending space with 2 tents, 2 tables, 2 chairs and electricity. 

• $4,000

-If you are a past sponsor or vendor, and you have received an invitation email from us this year (2023), please refer back to that email to register.
